SIZING- Please follow the below size charts
to make sure the garment fits correctly. Garment size
(example 3 month) does not neccessarily match the AGE of the
child. Each child is not the same size at the same age.
Please note the below measurements are the GARMENT SIZE
SPECIFICATIONS. You will want to be sure your child measures
at least 1 1/2" SMALLER for ease of fit and movement. Please
use a tape measure, and use a snug (not tight) measure for your
child's chest at the under arms, as well as shoulder at neck base
to crotch area if needed for the specific garment. Our sizing
is GENEROUS, which is customary for any high end
garment. If your child's chest is one size, but shoulder
to crotch is a larger size, please select the larger of the two
sizes for the best fit. |

SALES TAX- We are required by law to add
sales tax of 7.25% to all orders shipped with in the state of
Illinois. Sales tax is not charged for any other state. |
SHIPPING CHARGES- All ground shipping is FREE over $75.00 to the lower 48 United States. Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping is $12.00. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your credit card is not billed until the day of shipment. We also offer RUSH 2nd day and overnight delivery, which is calculated for your convenience at check out. Rush orders must be received by 12:00 noon central time to be shipped the same day- orders placed after 12:00 noon central time may not be shipped until the following day. For international orders, please email service@ctaddesigns.com for both price and time in transit. |

GIFT WRAP- Gift wrap is available for an
additional $5.00 charge. We use premium quality paper and a
beautiful tulle bow- your wrapping will be as special as the
gift inside. See "gift wrap" under the "categories"
section of our on line store. |

PAYMENT- We accept Visa, Mastercard and
American Express. Your credit card will not be billed until
your item is shipped, which is within 48 hours. We
ship Monday through Friday. |
RETURNS and EXCHANGES- We
inspect each and every garment before it is shipped to you, to be
sure it meets our exceptionally high quality standards. We
NEVER want you to be disappointed, so please let us know if an item
does not meet your expectations. You have 10 days after
receiving your order, to contact us via email with your
concerns. You must get approval in advance of
returning your order to us, by following the below steps to obtain
a "return authorization" number. We cannot process
returns for credit or exchange, without a
"RA" number. We cannot guarantee credit if the below
steps are not followed. Returns/exchanges must be post marked
within 7 days of obtaining your RA number. Shipping and
gift wrap charges are not
refundable. |
- EMAIL US to get an "RA" number within 10 days of
receiving your order.
- EMAIL your name, order number, and reason for the
return/exchange.
- Write the "RA" number on the outside of your return package.
- Package must be returned with a post date of 7 days or
less from the
date of receiving the "RA" number.
| - Garment must be returned in original condition- unworn,
unwashed.
- All original tags, hanger and polybag must be included.
- We sugggest you insure your return/exchange and get a
tracking number.
- Credit is given after the merchandise is received and
inspected.
